Jesus Christ get a new scheduling company/staff! Ten mins into the call and still have not been able to make an appt because the non English speaking representative so I’ve asked to speak to someone at the actual Plano location, with no luck.
The young lady that took my MRI was perfect. I have a fear of not being able to breath good in this machine. She talked with me and explained how she was going to take 2 MRIs that would allowed me to take 2 to 3 deep breaths and hold for a few seconds for her to continue the MRIs. Then we continued this and no in not time she was through. She was able to calm my fears and allows me to take deep breaths. She is a keeper. Thank you.
Friendly, professional and, highly capable. Amazing that an MRI can be enjoyable.
