I can’t reach their billing dept and yet I’ve been put in collections for Preferred Home care
Everything was explained throughly
I have been waiting since Feb 2024 to be notified about my Mom's new walker. My doctor faxed the order to them and refaxed it again in June. Still nothing! I called today and got a recording saying they had long waits...so I tried to be patient and held for over 50 mins. then I hung up! Ridiculous!
