Lee from Preferred Home services was sent by my home warranty last month. I was impressed with their texting and calling before arrival. He came on time. Was knowledgeable and fixed my a/c - the fan had gone out. Went out of his way to promptly get the part and fix it, which helped me in the 90 degree heat. He recommended a chemical cleaning of the coils which was a little expensive for me. PHS is great until there are issues with the AC unit that’s 1 year old and still under warranty. They had my 5 stars for installation. They came out when called for leaking water from the unit. After the second call out for more leaking and blaming it on my plumbing, a crack in a pipe was found. I asked for a call back or some acknowledgment from management on how to cover the wet custom painted wall, the ceiling and wet carpet.
