Great efficient service and very friendly and knowledgeable
Tech arrived promptly and had the A/C up and running very quickly. They were able to come out the day after the A/C went out so very grateful they were able to that during a hot Houston summer. Highly recommend this company.

STEER AWAY from Preferred Home Services for your HVAC needs. They were referred to us by our home warranty company. They came out and looked at our system. It took two weeks to get a quote. The technician said we needed a new coil and freon and he would submit it as is. We received the quote back and were quoted an additional $1,800 than what was discussed by the technician.
