I could not recommend Preferred Home Services enough. Our home was blowing hot air, consistently staying in the 80’s, and blowing with very little pressure at all for days. J (John) was patient, efficient, and effective. He explained everything so well, and not only that, he has made our home SO much cooler. His knowledge was invaluable and his ability to diagnose and then fix the problem quickly, is more than we expected. Thank you so very much J for all of your help and expertise, we could not be more grateful.

Technicians were great. However, the front office does not follow up very well, which I believe leads to delays. Their pricing is also not transparent; they charge a lot for work that does not take long. I've brought up this issue, and their response was that their all-in-one pricing accounts for all their operating costs.
