We had a great experience with Preferred Home Services to install two HVAC units in a single day. The crew laid down coverings to keep the inside of our home clean and honored our request to wear shoe coverings while inside the home. Perfect timing with summer just around the corner. I had a home warranty. When my ac went out, the warranty company sent Preferred Home Services. The technician came out and because of the age of the unit, he wrote out a recommendation that would cost us over 1000.00 rather than the 75.00 service fee. He called someone who I assume was not Preferred home service to come out and install a new unit.
