This is a wonderful place to work. The staff is like one big family and always willing to help you out.
i would give this a 0 star if i could. Absolute worse experience i've ever had. Refuse to work with my insurance and demanded payment upfront even before bring equipment to our house (photo-therapy for our child). Keep asking for billing to submit to my insurance and after 3 months of asking, nothing happens. Customer service keep saying ok, we'll look into it. as far as i know, they can take it and shove it where the sun don't shine.
Waited for months to hear about my sons cpap machine and i called and she said she hadn't heard from his insurance i contacted the insurance and they said no claim had been submitted,I went in there in person and she was very rude, i went to Osf in Peoria 2 days later and he got his machine the same day its really ridiculous how this place runs now i hate to see how the elderly gets treated who can't go out of town to get medical equipment and necessities they need and don't have someone to speak up for them.Everyone says sh... read more
