Hi, I just became a new patient 01/01/2025….I found they really do live up to their mission statement, dedication. Excellence. Responsiveness… my experience began with Brittany..gave me a call as to her arrival time, I had requested a quiet concentrator, I received a brand new one out of the box…she was efficient setting up and making sure I understood how it should work. My Mom worked for this company for 20 + years. She is one of the hardest workers I know. She worked 7 days a weeks. She cared for her patients and went above and beyond with each one. The company never appreciated her hard work. Her pay certainly did not show it. The were often disrespectful and dismissive. Always thought they were entitled to more. I highly recommend this company because they have a helpful and reliable staff. I felt loved and appreciated and they took great care of my father. Lori and Chris are amazing and were always there for me. They helped me through the tough times while I have been recovering from shoulder surgery. They provided me great staff.
