I have called various times, no one picks up nor do they return your calls. Very scary …….
Worst agency ever !! They never pick up the phones when you need them. But if the AIDES miss a clock in/ out, they are there calling and harrasing. But if the patient had an emergency( they are rude and have no work ethics. Coordinators lie about their work that they never do, this agency needs to be investigated.
The only reason why I gave this awful agency a 2 is because my mom was blessed with great aids. The agency itself is horrible NOONE picks up the phone and they don’t help with anything. Do not ever come here if you need reliable service they are not reliable. They don’t even tell the aids the condition of your loved one And if they can’t lift her it will be an issue. My mother’s earrings have went missing and do they answer the phone so I can’t make a complaint NO! Please caregivers stay away.
Awful service, never pick up phone calls. Make you wait, then hang up on you and will not apologize. They're unreliable and unprofessional and I highly do not recommend them.
