I have been trying to reach a coordinator. No one answers your calls. Im not going to waste my time anymore with this unprofessional company.
I have called various times, no one picks up nor do they return your calls. Very scary …….
Worst agency ever !! They never pick up the phones when you need them. But if the AIDES miss a clock in/ out, they are there calling and harrasing. But if the patient had an emergency( they are rude and have no work ethics. Coordinators lie about their work that they never do, this agency needs to be investigated.
