They lost me as a customer. I have been withem for 15 years..never a problem..Now almost impossible to speak to anyone locally. They must have been taken over by another company. I am looking for another provider.
Use to be a great place to order cpap supplies. Now you have to go through a long phone menu and you cant get your supplies that day by picking them up yourself, you have to wait two days. They come from another supply store. Terrible.
Billing has a big problem. I was with this company as a Cpap user for 2 years. I was offered the lowest quality of replacement supplies. Left here and went to new supply store and they offered more then 1 choice and better quality geared to my needs. There are no choices with this company they give you what they say your Insurance pays for and that is it no choices no Individualation according to your needs. Shop around a lot better places out there that will work with your needs
Horrible service, and they charged me twice for the same thing!!!!
