Always have wonderful service whenever I’ve visited. For myself and also my son.
My appointment was scheduled for 3:30 p.m., and I wasn’t called back until around 4:10 p.m., with no explanation for the delay. the conversation focused more on insurance than my actual foot pain. Never had a provider which was Nicole Baxter discuss insurance and coverage prior to even taking a look at what I wanted to be seen for. I was told my insurance said orthotics would be covered, but then I was asked to pay a $300 deposit just in case they weren’t. Friendly staff. Very clean clinic. Staff knew what they were talking about and didn’t talk down
Such a clean and inviting environment! We were referred by a friend that has been with Dr Jarman for years and we were able to get a new patient appointment for my daughter in 2 days! The front desk is organized and well trained, the assistant was sweet and thorough and the doctor was top notch. The rooms are spacious and even have tv’s with Netflix! I didn’t hurt. The doctor didn’t lie. Loved Anessa. She was so helpful. The assistant Ivan was excellent! The whole experience was 10 out of 10. I would highly recommend!!!!!
