I loved the devices at first but after three months they start acting up. The sales reps are liars. They tell you you have warranty on the devices and when they break down they don’t want to come in to fix them. It's a rip-off/fraud company. Be careful, they will tell you you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice, but they don't tell you that you have to pay $3,000.00 in full for the equipment. When you call for help with a technician they never come. Horrible company to do business with.

Haven't had working cameras since we got them. Always calling to fix which it never is, they submit to IT. Takes 3 days to just say it's a bug in the system and wait a weeks its been 2 months. Had 2 techs come to the house and still have 2 of 4 cameras offline. Missing events. Better off with the Amazon cameras at least you will capture more.

Service was mediocre but when I moved they made it very very difficult to cancel service with them. They will make you write a physical letter just to request cancellation and then it takes them months to cancel your service. I paid all their cancellation fees and equipment fees right away only to be charged again 6 months later. After spending an hour on the phone they said it was their mistake and they will keep working on back dating my cancellation. Unbelievable!
