After being a customer for 13 years, attempting to cancel services was incredibly difficult and frustrating. The process felt intentionally obstructive. My interaction with customer service, particularly with Nico, was extremely unpleasant and I felt borderline harassed with repeated pressure to stay rather than having my request respected. After a 24-minute call my services were still not canceled and the experience ended very negatively. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially for long-term a customer

I loved the devices at first but after three months they start acting up. The sales reps are liars. They tell you you have warranty on the devices and when they break down they don’t want to come in to fix them. I gave them four customers from my family because I thought they were a legit brand but their service sucks. Their customer service sucks. The sales reps are liars. It's a rip-off/fraud company. Be careful, they will tell you you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice, but they don't tell you that you have to pay $3,000.00 in full for the equipment. When you call for help with a technician they never come. Horrible company to do business with.

Haven't had working cameras since we got them. Always calling to fix which it never is, they submit to IT. Takes 3 days to just say it's a bug in the system and wait a weeks its been 2 months. Had 2 techs come to the house and still have 2 of 4 cameras offline. Missing events. Better off with the Amazon cameras at least you will capture more.
