The stuff is very rude. They expected me to be responsible for their scheduling problems. I didn't get far enough to meet the therapist or see the office. I assume they are average.
TERRIBLE. The therapist was very unsure of himself. No confidence at all. And I am supposed to trust him in diagnosing my child. Then we received a bill for psychological testing which we never took. I called to find out what the charge was for and they told me that they sent me an email for psychological testing for my son and that that was what the charge was for. I told them I never received the email, never completed testing and never got a final assessment. They told me it does no matter, I am charge regardless, the min... read more
