The office is always so clean and the staff super friendly. The care and treatment from the doctor is Bette than any office I have been to in new castle! I appreciate their patience with fitting me with the best contacts for my eyes.
My last visit was not a good experience. When I received my glasses they were crooked. The gal came out to the waiting room and kept adjusting my glasses while people was waiting to see the doctor rather than taking me back. I left with them still crooked. The prescription is not correct and I cannot drive with them on. Rather than complaining, I took an old pair in to have them tightened up. The gal took me to the back and made the adjustments. Dr. Jessica Kenninger was very thorough in her eye exam of my eyes. She explained everything that she was checking for as well as explaining the different instruments that she was using on my eyes. The staff is always wonderful. I recommend anyone coming to Preferred eye care for an eye exam
Staff is so terribly rude. I have went here since I was a child and recently switched due to thw rudeness of the staff and the fact they change the provider like 2 times a year now so I never know who is seeing me. Absolutely saddened by how bad this place has become.
I've been waiting over a month to get my glasses I called in today to check on them and the lady tells me that my vision isn't that bad and I will be OK 1st off I've wore glasses since the 7th grade I have a stigmatism everything is blurry without my glasses so don't tell me that I don't need them for normal function I can't even set my recliner and read the TV Guide without them needless to say I will never come back to this place and hopefully one day soon I will receive my glasses back
I had an issue a few days ago and made an emergency appointment. Dr was very very friendly and helpful. Great bedside manor. Staff was great too.
Great people like the new Brother there very professionally well taken care of
I love here they actually found out what wrong with my eyes thank you
