Got it. Here's a sharper, more direct version of your review: Terrible customer service. They took forever to respond to emails, and when I asked a simple question about their availability, they just ignored it completely. If you’re not going to provide the service, at least have the decency to say so. Completely unprofessional and a waste of my time.

I could have given more than 5 stars!! Chris and his team are amazing! I had duct cleaning service in winter and they did very well, and recently I had a problem with my furnace and I just called Chris, and he is very informative tech..! Rather coming to my house and charging for service, he just told me over the phone few steps and my furnace was fixed..! Thank you so much Chris :) I would definitely recommend Preferred Duct Cleaning if someone is looking for service.

Chris was so informative about how things worked, they were quick and so respectful of the house. Chris is also quite the jack of all trades!
