After recent hip replacement surgery, my surgeon recommended Preferred Choice as my In-Home follow-up care. They have been excellent! Sue was my nurse and she was absolutely delightful...friendly, caring and attentive. Patrick was my physical therapist.....professional, personal and devoted to my healing process. Patrick did my intake and was very personable, he answered any questions I had and was great. Ahmad has come to the house through the week and is awesome, he's kind, empathetic, and great at his job, will definitely recommend him to friends and family in the future.
My Dad is 91 y.o. He had multiple hospitalizations and nothing was changed and nobody cared about his symptoms. I brought my Dad home all the time and cared for him on my own, but I don’t have any medical knowledge and it was very hard for me to deal with. My father had a graft bypass done on his leg through McLaren Macomb, and Preferred Choice was assigned for home healthcare. Lisa was his nurse and worked with his schedule to visit 2-3 times per week. She was very professional yet personable as well and delivered care and compassion during her visits as well as with any communication between visits.
