I personally give this place 1 star. The one star is only because the receptionist is super sweet. I had Dr James Powell. My experience was bad enough to the point of giving me trauma. He had lied to me, told me it was my fault entirely i was overweight even when i explained my health issues, broke confidentiality without a proper reason, and was just overall very unpleasant towards me. Im not saying all their therapists are bad but i definitely will never want anyone to get Dr. Powell
I started with Preferred Choice 8 months ago and with the help of Dr Powell and his team I can honestly say this place changed my life for the better. They are very knowledgeable and very helpful. Always concerned with their patients and very up to date on things that we are going through. I would recommend them to anyone!!!
