Worst experience, by far not recommended. We waited over 6 hours for new tires to be put on vehicle purchased from them (they were going to sell it this way with bad/terrible tires). We went back for our windshield sprayer motor that also was found as not working and waited for another 3.5 hours for them to tell us the motor on it was out and they needed to order it! Unorganized, unreliable, and not a dealership that I would ever work with again. As I decided, I’ll just pay out of pocket for items they should have repaired.
Tyler was very friendly, helpful and a pleasure to work with. Communication was amazing and he went above and beyond with my vehicle purchase. The whole staff I encountered were very friendly as well. I will definitely recommend Preferred Chevrolet Buick GMC to family and friends. Thanks for a great experience!
