Over the past two years we have had the best caregivers both day and night for my LO who has Lewy Body Dementia . They are dependable, honest and above all very caring. The agency also works hard to find help on short notice as we sometimes travel between our home and cabin in the mountains.
We used this company for care for our Mom recently for two months. Nearly all the caregivers that were sent out to us consistently reported in over time for their assigned shift. When brought to the owners attention to the iwner if tbe company there were all false reasons as to why the caregivers showed up early or stayed late. Each week Our family was charged hours of unnecessary overtime. At a rate if over $21 per hour it added up to hundreds of dollars we shouldn't have been responsible to pay.
