Being a relative, I was very happy to have someone like Nicole Dixon working with my relatives. She is not only personable, but very dedicated to this work. She continued her stellar service, despite being called on to work in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic. Additionally, she responded appropriately, well beyond the call of duty, to family emergencies we endured.
