If I could leave negative stars, I would. The Hartley in Dunwoody is run in an extremely unprofessional, dismissive, and dishonest manner. The property manager is rude, speaks to people with a huge attitude, and does not handle business with integrity. After applying, I was told everything looked great — my income met the 3x rent requirement, and my background cleared. This company is the new management company over my apartment complex. The service was already piss poor with the last management company but it is now worse than ever. I am BEGGING to be allowed to break my lease with little to no penalty as this unit is not livable and I still have not heard anything regarding the transfer I submitted as soon as I moved in (March, 2025). Someone responds to google reviews, no one responds to email.
Became outraged @ the treatment of their internal staff. Outraged of the things that were told to me. I’m in disbelieve that someone in leadership can do things that are obvious violation of company policy. And nothing done about it. After it was reported.
My lawyer wrote you guys a letter regarding The Brooke apartments in Dekalb county, GA and I have not received a response. I need someone to respond back to my lawyer as soon as possible.
Do NOT move to a complex that is managed by PAC. Sorry excuse for leasing staff and a property management company.
