They have taken over what was cortland east cobb and have ruined it. from one day to the next, the management companies were switched to this and its been a absolute disaster also, so many people are having issues and have no way to contact anybody at the leasing office and every time we go no one’s there there’s no email to even contact them in the portal doesn’t even work and they want everybody to pay rent with a money order. RUN!! TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND YOU CAN NEVER SPEAK WITH AN ACTUAL HUMAN. THE LEASING OFFICE IS CONSISTENLY CLOSED AND THEY NEVER RETURN CALLS!!
