If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the worst property management team to exist. They do not call or email you back. I have had to contact BBB to get in touch with these people and yet they have not reached out to me. They are just like the leasing office. Terrible!!! Do your research and never move to their properties!!! They take your money and don’t address any issues at hand.
My experience with Sweetwater Creek has been frustrating, disappointing, and frankly unacceptable. I toured a unit, expressed interest, and was told by the leasing agent which unit and floor plan to apply for. I followed their direction and applied for the unit, under the assumption that it was the same floor plan I had toured. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Preferred Apartment Communities. Over 90 days ago, I referred TWO new residents to Drexel Collective completed all the necessary referral paperwork through the leasing office. At the time, the property was under Preferred’s management and actively promoting a referral incentive program. I’ve called this company many times that I’ve lost count. All calls are routed back to the apartment complex so concerns aren’t addressed at all. I’m in need of a phone call from someone at this office as soon as possible but it seems so far fetched to get help and yet, they want ALL this money. Preferred Communities, I need five minutes to speak with the regional or someone on the same caliber.
