Worked and lived on the property..have your ground floor apartments, checked from a outside contractor and test radon levels.property was built on a swamp..which leads to decay,and that were the radon is coming from..exhaust fans were installed back in 2014 to exhaust the radon up and out, problem is most of them are not working..I was there from 2013 to 2019..I know it all !

I’m starting to believe this is a Shell company. It’s all a mess. If you find an apartment managed by them RUNNNNNNNN! Do not look back. I’ve emailed I’ve called. I’ve left voicemails. I’m being ignored by the leasing office as well as the corporate office. After being told my access to the portal was restricted, I brought in my rent as requested. This is not a real company!! I repeat this is not a real company! I am currently sitting in the parking lot of what they claim to be their corporate offices. I ran into a wonderful woman walking her dog who told me that her company owns PAC. She saw me waiting in the lobby after I scanned every floor of the building, looking for their offices.
