If they work on HVAC like they drive, I wouldn't want them within a mile of my home. Tailgating and riding the shoulder to push through traffic on I-84 during rush hour in a work van plastered in company logos doesn't reflect very much intelligence.
I’ve dealt with a lot of home service providers, but this company is hands down the worst experience I’ve had. I hired them to install my entire system. I had an issue with incorrect installation that was thankfully caught by another vendor - it could have led to a leak from my attic. My HVAC stopped working in the middle of the summer. I had to beg and plead to get someone out to look at it. I was even told to "go find another company" at some point in the process.
