I came in for a cleaning and was met by a very cheerful young lady, a graduate of Ferris U. She was very helpful and thorough in her job. I believe it was she who noticed the wear on my upper plate and referred me to the Dr. HE recommended that They make new dentures for me. Without her diligence, I could have gone another 6 months with possible problems with my teeth.
It has been a little over two weeks since Dr. Killian and staff completed my dental implant surgery. I can not begin to describe the AMAZING experience I had. I have been a patient at preference dental for my entire life and I spent many afternoons as an ortho patient there with the staff (Bonnie and Traci) as I grew up. The office staff was able to squeeze me in when my permanent retainer broke. I was expecting to just have it removed and possibly schedule for it to be fixed at a later date, but Dr Killian took the time to fix it right then! Very grateful!!
I had gone in Preference Dental to a cleaning. I had a very pleasant experience with Jenny as my hygienist. Not only is she very efficient and thorough but I also appreciate the fact that when I asked a question relating to dental care, she is able to explain the answer in easy to understand and complete information.
Had an usual situation and they went the extra mile to get me in, evaluate my issue, and provide excellent help. Would highly recommend this practice to everyone.
First visit to a Dentist in America (I'm from Scotland, filling popped out while visiting), and I'm very please that I went to Preference Dental. Dr. Killian was professional, friendly and got the work done quickly, with no pain or discomfort. The staff were brill, really friendly and kind. Glad my partner recommended this dental office, I absolutely would recommend it to anyone who's nervous or needs a good dentist!
An awesome team. I wouldn't go anywhere else! I go to Dr Killian and my husband goes to Dr Hoskings and we both feel the same way!
