I became a patient of Texas Oncology and Dr Ramachandran a few months ago and have had a very professional experience to this day. Everyone associated with Texas Oncology in the Harker Heights location has been not only professional, they have shown compassion and kindness at every level of my care. They lost all my new patient information, with all my personal private information. The snotty receptionist was like oh well. Didn't happen when I was here. Oh Ok well, its not an issue then. The office was unprofessional, the 3 appointment I had. They scheduled a follow up at Georgetown, I'm in Killeen and didn't mention that. Wanted to run more tests to gain $. I fired them
