Thanks Ray for the accurate and concise help in troubleshooting my Water Heater in my Van. I bought this unit knowing it had good people behind it who were there in the event of a problem. I was right again - tell my wife please ! although the product doesn’t actually maintain a consistent temperature but swings wildly from Hot to Cold i devised a tank to blend the two together averaging them out for the shower

I called to get an updated part number for a water heater. No one answered, then a few moments later, Ray returned my call! I thought that alone was great customer service. Ray was fast and knew exactly what I needed. Definitely the best customer service I've received from any where in a long time. Thank you Ray!

Easy to install. We have had one in our RV for over 2 years and absolutely love it. So when it came time to put a water heater in our new home, we wouldn’t settle for anything less than a PrecisionTemp. Got it installed and it works wonderfully!
