Led didn't last but two years. I expected more for the costs.
I have come to expect aggravating customer service from other online retailers, but I was so pleasantly surprised by my experience with precision LED. I emailed with a question before placing my order and received a prompt response. After a few months one of the bulbs I ordered went out. Again, I received a prompt response and my replacement bulb is already on its way to me. I am very satisfied with the service I received. The product itself seems to be of good quality, I just seem to have gotten a random dud.
I bought the Quantum Series 2 LED headlight bulbs for my 2016 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. After bulb installation (even with capacitor), the vehicle started making audible error message on my dash. The bulbs worked but you have this constant audible "ding" sound while driving . I called to return them but since it's past 30 days I'm now stuck with them.
