I worked 860 hours on a job during the winter, waited 19 months for bonus I was promised, then 3 days before xmas was told I was terminated a week before job was completed and aint eligible for the bonus. 3 bosses and 2 laborers/framers on job. 860 hours. Guess who got bonuses and who did not?
