we’re so disappointed the man at the front was extremely rude and sarcastic to my boyfriend when all he needed was just one small part of his glasses fixed. i wouldn’t recommend this place— so disappointed by such inconsiderate and snappy customer service.
I've been going to Alan's business since middle school and it's like visiting a trusted family member every time. I went with the temples of my glasses totally crushed and they were able to fix them. Very nice and professional !
