They couldn't honor my appointment, to be honest I changed the time, so Kelly took care of it by giving me a free oil change which is what I came in for. GREAT customer service!!!! I definitely will be back! First class operation.

I have been taking my vehicles to Precision Tune for about two years. Always get good service.
I normally do not complain on social media, but looks like I need to warn other clients. We have had many cars repaired at this MB location across from Tanger and my daughter had oil leaking, so we took for consult. Oil pans on Ford Explorer are not easy to repair. This repair cost about $1,500 and we agreed to this bill. Car was worked on and released to us, AND then car leaking again- cracked Radiator within 10 days and the car was not driven more than 3xs.
