Absolutely horrible experience here. Had oil changed in late August, then noticed oil leaking when we were out of town. The plug was not sealed back properly; had to buy our own oil to temporarily fix issue before we could drive back. Brought car back to get it fixed and was charged AGAIN for another oil change. They claimed it was in no way their fault and we have to pay regardless. Will absolutely never bring our business here again. They should also study up on some customer service, especially during a pandemic.
This shop has changed owners. Despite my air compressor to be found bad and under warrantee by the St. Joseph shop (where the two managers talked on the phone together and explained what they did to find the problem) and asked me to go back to the original shop to save them ”paperwork”, the 2 times now that I've gone to get this work done, the mechanics there have told me that $400 of other work need to be done and that is the cause of my air compressor ”fiasco” problem.
