The professionalism and friendliness I would recommend Fredrick to work on any body's car.
Over tightened my drain plug to where I couldn't get it off. Then I took it up there and he kept telling me I was lying, that they wasn't the last ones to change my oil. I had the receipt and him and other co-workers seen THEIR oil filter still on it. As they were pulling the old drain plug, he kept saying, "you gotta have the right tools. You just didn't have the right tools." I have changed oil plenty of times and know what I need. Mr. Robert was a lifesaver! My tire blew out on highway 45 while I was on the way to take my daughter to the doctor for an emergency visit. I was stranded at the dollar general and he happened to be there and saw me! He stopped and offered to help me and changed my tire within minutes. I am so grateful to him and his kindness! It's so refreshing to know that there are still kind people in this world!
Ms. Gail provided superb excellent customer service. Mr. Robert the manager runs an excellent shop. The service to my car was great but the welcoming friendly atmosphere was the best ever! Thank you for the quick service and more the good conversation....recommend them to everyone. I will be back......
The service here was great. After changing my oil, they found problems with my brakes and fit me in the same day. Friendly service from the manager to the staff. I would definitely recommend!
