!!! THIS COMPANY CAUGHT MY VEHICLE ON FIRE!!! They have bad limited liability insurance that doesn't cover all your damages/ loses. If you want to have unresolved issues for over 1 year and want to sew them because they wont make it right...then by all means go here!!!!
Stay away. I went here 2 times and both times I was cheated. Yes, I said cheated. The first time I went in to inquire about my car being serviced, but I didn't know exactly what was wrong with it. Although they didn't do a diagnostic on my car, I was still charged. The second time I went was to get an inspection done. I later found out that they didn't enter that my inspection had been completed in the system, so I had to pay another place to do it since I needed to get my license renewed. I love coming here because Dustin at the Fayetteville,NC location has a great personality as well as a great team that do all they can to help you as fast as they can. Been several times this year and everything they have fixed works great!!!

I brought my car for an oil change. It was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Did not bother to check my oil level because I trusted them. Drove it back and forth to work and home for a week then left it in my garage for 30 days while I went on vacation. I came back and drove my car back and forth to work and home as usual for 2 weeks, then the oil light on my dash board started flashing. Checked my engine oil and found the dipstick bone dry.
