WORST PLACE EVER!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE IN HERE UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO PUT THE WRONG PARTS ON YOUR CAR. THEY USED THE WRONG SIZE OIL FILTER FOR OUR VEHICLE, LOST ALMOST ALL THE OIL, VERY EMBARRASSING IN FRONT OF MY KIDS SCHOOL. iT WAS BLOWING OUT THE FILTER, THE FILTER JUST BASICALLY FELL OFF BECAUSE IT WASN'T EVEN ON THERE SECURELY BECAUSE OF WRONG SIZE. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!!!!!!!
I have used Precision Tune for batteries, belt change, and oil changes. I have always been happy with their work.
I went in for a simple oil change and was told it would be s 45 minute wait. After an hour and 25 minutes, they finally pulled my car in. Two people who came in for the same thing got their keys back and left. A person who came in after me actually got service before me because he was questioning the wait. I will find another place to do business.
Great people. Honest upfront and efficient. Reasonably priced and easy to work with. What more could you ask for. I use them exclusively for my company car and my wife now uses them exclusively for her vehicle maintenance.

I dropped my car off at lunch for an oil change and picked it up 1 hour later. They always do an excellent job. They have always been helpful and friendly, even checking my tire pressure.
I love this place, I love the the mechanics and all the hard efforts they make to satisfy their customers. It should be like Burger King you can have it your way because that's exactly how you are being treated. They care for you and the work they are doing for you. I felt extremely special and comfortable leaving my car with them. I like that the service is quick and any issues with my car are taken care of without trying to get a sell out of me.
I have used several different mechanics in the Shawnee/ Overland Park area in my 16+ years living here. I just ran across Precision Tune Auto Care, kind of by accident, about a year ago. I was actually stopping in randomly to ask them to take a look at my tires. I had just been told I needed ALL new tires after replacing one due to a nail at another mechanic.
