Sign on front of building advertises coolant flush and fill for $69 and some change. I went in, requested the service and was going to be charged $101.98. When I questioned the difference, he acted like he didn't know what the sign said. Not an honorable way to do business and I walked away. Would not recommend this business; poor, unethical business practices.
Had a tire repaired and rotation today. Polite staff, quality, expedient work at a fair price.
Predatory. $1900 quote to my wife to fix noise when braking, including new tires. Tires were absolutely fine. Honest mechanic fixed the issue for $135. They put on new timing belt for me, has 3/4 inch of play, refused to tighten it, wanted to replace another part. They did not finish the job I paid $1400 for.
ive used these guys for years. i went today to get my oil changed like i normally do. when entering the lobby i was greeted by an employee. i asked for my normal oil change and was told "we are booked for the day" now as he says this, the garage has 1 mustang on a lift and thats it. the oil chsnge bsy was....EMPTY. for someone to come to this business for years to be sent away for being "booked" makes be angry. you just lost a loyal customer!!!
1st time visit...friendly and got oil change done.
I have been to Precision Tune 3 times recently. First for oil/filter, which they said would cost $69 or $79. They said I needed synthetic oil. I did not get the higher priced oil and paid $29. They then said I needed new tires (Their cost was $503). I went to Discount Tires (full warranty) for $300. I went back for an inspection (which failed) and paid them for the inspection. Great place! All of the guys were friendly. They took great care of my car. They finished my car in the time they said they would and for the price they said they would! I was extremely pleased with my experience! Thank you guys!
High price! Went for a alignment for $49, came out paying $194. My truck is pulling to the left more than what it was before.. I can say that the man working the desk was very nice courteous.
