Today was a 5 star new management new techs just like in the day glad to see things settling back in.
Do not take your vehicle here. For one my vehicle fell off the rack and I bought a Groupon for $25 for an oil change. They proceeded to charge me another $29 for the oil change on top of the fact vehicle fell off of the I think I should have got a little leeway here but people are so money hungry they don't care if they tear up your vehicle or not so I wouldn't go here they're going to charge you way too much money for an oil change
I think they're screwing people up every time I go over there then screw me up
My daughter took her car in this establishment to get her oil changed. In the process, they broke her door handle. They replaced the door handle. While doing that they broke the door panel. They tried patching it with new clips to hold it in place. After complaining to the district manager, I was informed that they would review the surveillance tapes and if they broke it, they would replace it. But conveniently when it was time to review them a "power surge" caused them to lose the video. I will NEVER use this place again. N... read more
