The young man that changed my oil wss very helpful and knowledgeable. My csr had 51,000 miles and I was going to get the high mileage oil change. He informed me that you really only need high mileage if your car is over 100,000 miles., but would do it, if I wanted it. I was greatly appreciative of his willingness to let me choose. I wish I remembered his name. He was a young African-American man. Excellent customer satisfaction.
They need to have actual mechanics instead of just "parts replacers". Ripped me off with my roadmaster and claimed it wasnt worth fixing but acted like they we doing me a favor by still charging me $180 (two notch rd location). Not even sure the guy that looked at it was a real mechanic. You're better off going to your local hood spot or just paying a little more at a more reputable place.
@TheOwnerofThisFranchise : Went in for an oil change, 2 hours 15 min later left with my oil 1/2 quart low, fluids not topped off, oil spilled all over engine cover and underneath, and my air filter was removed after requesting it not be touched. The manager John Schultz at Precision Tune located at 603 B Columbia Ave Lexington, SC 29072, at best had an "no care" attitude through the whole process from checking in, to calling back about the issues. NEVER EVER take your car to precision tune on garners ferry!!! You take your car in for an oil change NOT 90 days later you broke down tow your car to a shop to be told that their is no oil in the car!!!!! They show you the filter and its THE same filter that walmart put on your car from your last oil change!!! Now the motor locked up. AGAIN!!!!!NEVER EVER EVER take your car their!!! They do amazing work and never tell you that you need something that you don't. And they are always honest and fair with you. I will only have my car serviced here.

I would not advise anyone to come to this place. They tell you that you need extra auto parts that u really don't need. Then when you agree to have the auto part placed, they don't have the parts that are needed at the center. They will have u waiting, while they go get the parts. Then if they purchase the wrong parts, you will continue to wait. I have waited 4 hours now just for brake pads. This is a horrible place. I would not advise anyone to use this business. Unless you enjoy being ripped off.
