My mom have been a good paying customer at this location this was her first time getting service done to her vehicle. My mom was very disappointed that she had to take her vehicle to another place to render the proper service that was supposed to been given. No other service was given after requesting because Mr. John stated he was not even going to allow her to receive a oil change or refund when she wanted to compromise a simple solution. It's really disheartening to experience bad service. This company does NOT need to be in business. In June I took my car in for a simple tune-up in which they were running a special that included an oil change! Needless to say my car sat in my yard for weeks and days because of issues I'm now having. Today as I was finally able to get my car looked into, the mechanic noticed my oil was BLACK!! Go figure. These guys seem to be on it. I've taken my truck to other places n this place exceeds all of em as far as routine maintenance. Until they screw up, definitely got my business.
They broke the van and said sorry it was time for it to break, when I drove the van in to the shop for oil change and mind you I never toke it to do nothing but basic maintenance and they drove it in to the shop and end up having to call towing company to take the car out of their bc was smoking and about to go in fire
