Fixed my car in about an hours time. It runs like new
they meed more help last time i stopped for an oil change was told it would be 3 hrs. i went to toms auto clinic and got grade a service for less than this place wanted
did not replace drain plug on my sisters car. caused her engine to blow
Wish I could leave 0 stars. Attempted to get my oil changed with a purchased Groupon deal and the manager of this location was EXTREMELY rude! He was frustrated about the Groupon and didn’t understand that I pre-purchased this deal, and took his frustration out on me. He was so frustrated that he even stuck his hand in my face! Always fantastic. Can't beat their deals on oil changes - best rates in town. And they never "find" extra things wrong with my car like other oil change companies do. I went in a couple of weeks ago because my brakes were squeaking. After a free inspection, they said that the pads were just fine. They could only GAIN from my gullibility if they chose to prey upon that, but they didn't. That speaks volumes in my book. Would (and DO!) go back, and would recommend it to anyone.
Excellent - I go there for all car repairs (except they don't sell tires). They are great at repairs and maintenance and customer service and they're prices are reasonable. I've been going to them for several years and highly recommend them to everyone. Great experience - Every time.
I have been very happy with the services and professionalism of Precision for several years. This is a very different experience than I've had at other auto repair shops. As a woman, I've found that many auto repair shops treat me like a "dumb girl". The staff members at Precision treat me as an informed consumer; no condescension, no price-gouging, no "don't worry your pretty little head about it" attitude. Awesome service! – I love taking my car here. It's convenient to Fountain City and North Broadway. The employees here are really friendly and helpful. I always feel like they give me service options rather than trying to scare me into spending more money. I've been taking all my cars here since 2000 and I always tell my friends to go too.
