Absolute worst!!!!! If you have a question on the bill you receive good luck understanding the person that answers the phone. I have had to deal with this man twice since Feburary. His English is awful. It is impossible to have a productive phone conversation with someone who you cant understand. It is so frustrating!!
Got a bill stating “your insurance has been billed for these services.” I called Them to see what exactly came back from the insurance and the rep said “we never did bill your insurance”.

I received a bill unable to reach them via phone. No phone number. Had to Google it. Call them . Disconnect.almost 400.00 for urine test never ever had this problem before. They are a scam
Took them 15 months to process billing and then gave me 4 days to pay before threatening to send me to collections.
