never billed insurance. No phone number to call to provide insurance information.
I received a bill unable to reach them via phone. No phone number. Had to Google it. Call them . Disconnect.almost 400.00 for urine test never ever had this problem before. They are a scam
Took them 15 months to process billing and then gave me 4 days to pay before threatening to send me to collections.
No way of contacting them to discuss insurance payment or copy of actual test. As a client thru my doctor I should at least get the results. Garbage company. Run away!
If I could give them 0 stars I would. Terrible billing with very limited info on bill and no phone number to contact with questions. I spent hours trying to get info on what this bill was about, from who, and if this was even legit. I live in Ky and get a bill from San Diego. Very difficult to reach them and get info. No receipt for bill given.
