When I called they took me in when was good for me had all 4 tires balanced after leaving the shop my problem was worse than what is was so I took it in somewhere else to find out if have 3 rims bent at my centre bore witch these guys should have been able to notice but they just did an apparent balance and said ur good to go when in actuality I wasnt good to go
great customer service. very helpful to find the tire I'm looking for.
We were nearby and noticed our tire was low. We stopped by OK Tire and asked them to have a look at it and sure enough it needed patching. We were on our way within an hour ... so thankful for their quick service!
