Went here for knee pain and saw PA. Then was supposed to see Doctor Wasserman but they changed me to a telemedicine visit with NP. Wanted me to drive to Forney for my knee injection even though the office I've been going to is 5 minutes from my house. Seems like a lead gen / bait and switch situation, I'm old and not going to drive 30 minutes each way to a place I've never driven to get a knee injection. Other reviewer is correct. My mom had a horrible experience here. They spent a while jerking her around on multiple visits, a doctor visit turned into a telemedicine visit with an NP (how can you do that for knee pain??), and then they set up her procedure in June in Forney, very far away. Doctor has "no availability" ever for procedures at the Dallas location. Tell us that to begin with maybe??
Terrible service, good luck trying to talk to an actual person and not voicemail, would not recommend
