Devin was very timely and professional and went over options and pricing before proceeding. We had emergency need of a plumber on the weekend and after calling 8 companies that did not or could not respond (including 1, AUX, that had us waiting all day because they said they could but didn't!) Well, I have to say I was knocked over the head, pretty good. But it was my own fault for not doing my homework. I did not get estimates beforehand. I had a great deal of work done by these guys. I knew everything Seemed to be so much more expensive, but I was stupid and went ahead with them. The gentleman gave me a firm quote for the last part to complete my project and when he finished It cost me over 60% more then he verbally Told me. But I understand.
