We have been involved with Ricky and Precision Septic for over 10 years. As owners of Assisted Living facilities we have had many different needs over the years and what continues to impress us with Precision is,they are always available to come by and check on things no matter how busy or how many other jobs they have going at the time! Highly recommend this company and will continue to use their services when needed.

I have used Precision Septic several times and Ricky has always done a great job. When I have septic tank problems I don't even think about it, I just call Ricky.

Ricky is always on time and very very very dependable. I don't use anyone but Ricky service when I have a septic problem. Thanks Ricky.

This company does not stand behind its work! If you have a problem or a complaint, their response is to say they did a "good job" regardless of the facts or if the customer is unhappy and to basically ignore you. When you try to call them to come back out and fix a problem, they either ignore you or try to tell you to look at it yourself. The only reason we went with this company a second time was because they were able to finish the job sooner than other companies.
