There are 2 elements to review: 1.the estimator/sales man and 2. The roofing installation crew. I would give the salesman 5 stars. He was a great help getting the insurance company to pay for the new roof, i wouldnt have won appeals without him. 2.The roofing installion crew was bad. While the final roof installation was decent. They damaged my landscaping and left the yard a mess with roof wrappers and nails laying all over the yard. They just threw the old heavy roof shingles randomly off the roof not caring what they hit ... read more

Their office has been absolutely terrible about communication. Was sent an email 30 min before the material was delivered that it was on its way. Then construction began without a date ever being discussed with 0 regard for the residents. Field agents are nice but their office has no regard for customers.
