This company made numerous mistakes on our project. We paid $47,000 for a large-scale job, yet they continued to make errors on a daily basis while attempting to conceal them from us. One of the most alarming examples was that they installed window flashing across the entire roof. (David's Idea!). I can’t even count how many times I had to clean nails out of the street and garden, as well as oil stains from the driveway and street, after they left. Precision Roofing & Gutters cleaned my 30 year old concrete tile roof along with the gutters and did an outstanding job. The roof gets a yearly dose of fir needles and cones along with some small twigs. Also since it's shaded for two thirds of the year the moss loves to grow along the edges. Our roof was around 35 years old I decided to replace it. I contacted several roofers for quotes and decided to go with Precision Roofing and Gutters and was really glad I did. I can’t tell you how smooth and professional it all went from start to finish. I am so glad I decided to go with Precision Roofing and Gutters because they are the best in the business. They went over every detail from start to finish. Best price to!

Unfortunately, this incident was only the latest in a long series of problems we experienced with Precision throughout our project. We hired Precision to replace our roof. On the ... read more
Recently had my roof completely redone by precision roofing and gutters. I'm extremely happy, they did a fantastic job. Excellent communication and follow through before, during , and after completion. They also did carpentry work on areas that needed replacing, which is an added plus! Very nice company to work with , I highly recommend them.
