Came by and looked at my roof, said it was an easy fix and he would come back tomorrow. Never saw him again.
The gentleman that came out to inspect our roof for a leak was super helpful and didn’t try to sell us a new roof. He told use the cause of the leak and used caulk to seal the leak and didn’t charge us anything for doing it. Honest and down to earth. When we do need a new roof they will be our first phone call!
Will not respond, left multiple emails and a voice message. still hoping to hear back but its been about 4 weeks sense my first message so ill try some other companies. I'm sure its busy season but a simple " hey sorry we are not taking on anymore work at the moment" would be nice.
Following the April 2024 hail storm, Precision Roofing installed a new roof on our home between Rolla and Saint James, MO. Because we were far more fortunate than others (regarding damage), we waited till October to get our new roof!
