We buy our Toshiba E-studio Copier toner from Precision Roller every time. The toner cartridge is the exact kind I would get from the dealer at a fraction of the price! Been using it for years and never had an issue with them!
My toner needs are backordered and their recycling policy stinks....Gee...I wonder if the lack of a good recycling program has anything to do with the availability of their products?

I can understand paying for the shipping cost is frustrating. We actually don't refill and resell any returned cartridges. It was a concern for some of our customers - that were not able to find a place to recycle toner easily, so that is why we offer to do it for them and then give them a 30 day discount.
