I order parts and supplies for Burtronics Business Systems in Southern California. Precision Roller is my go to site, for looking up parts information and for confirming correct toner. They also have a wealth of harder to find parts. I have been saved by Precision Roller on more than one occasion.
Before discarding office machines with broken parts, check with these folks for replacements. They have saved me $$$ several times.
I am so glad that i found Precision Roller a couple of years ago. The people are professional and thorough. I once ordered something that ended up being wrong for my machine. I got a phone call before it even shipped to make sure it was what I needed and the right part for my machine. I receive almost all of my items the next day. And the prices can't be beat. Our office has been purchasing toner from Precision for over 6 months now and we love them! Their prices are unbeatable! We had a company that would fix our printers and also provide toner for purchase but 1. They wanted close to $100 for the toner and 2. They would only let you order 2 at a time.... like what??! The black toner pump on the Ricoh MP C4000 in the office where I work just went out late yesterday afternoon and I went onto Precision Roller's website to order the part because they had the best price. I needed it the next day and the website said (even after 4pm EST, it would ship the same day). I chose next day shipping and they really did send it out the same day! I received the part today!!
