Christian Luafau, PA-C, is very kind, professional, and I have been very happy with the care I receive from him. Unfortunately, my experience with the office staff has been very different. Doctor Christian is the best doctor, he takes the time to explain everything and always listens to my symptoms, he is empathetic, caring and very professional.
THESE PEOPLE COULDN’T CARE LESS. I was in intense pain during my appointment but remained soft-spoken and polite and assistant Luafau (whose name keeps popping up in these one star reviews) would just cut me off when I was trying to give him vital information. I kept asking for a Vertebral Fracture Assessment scan (which is pretty standard with my stage three osteoporosis and scoliosis) and he just refused. I have been going to Precision Rheumatology for a year. They quickly diagnosed and began treating me with infusions. I am very happy with their attention to detail and the level of knowledge they demonstrate, in particular, Christian.
