Do NOT buy from Enzo and Precision Realty Group! No matter how beautiful the property looks you will see all the real problems it has 2 weeks later after you move in. He is the worst. He accepted an offer from us and refused to send our agent the info to open escrow. He asked us to do a rush inspection and submit a request for repairs all while refusing to send info to open escrow. Then he turned around and accepted another offer. It also took forever to get a refund for the inspection. I knew something fishy was going on, but my own realtor was none the wiser.
I wish I would have seen the reviews. Bought the home in 2019 and now I need about $20k in repairs. Renovation trash buried in the back yard that I could not see until after I bought the home. The HVAC unit and air ducting was faulty and needs to be replaced. The water heater is to small for the home and needs to be replaced. Did not notice that the hot water line is hooked up to the toilet in the bathroom for some odd reason. The flooring is lifting in some areas of the kitchen just terrible. Let me add my one star review as well. Not sure what ENZO does but do not buy from him unless you have an additional $20k AND an inspection to make sure everything is up to code. Sure the inside looks great. But within 2 week after moving in I want my AC serviced and found out if was not up to code. Cost me $9K. Today I found out the electric outside my house is not up to code and the panel needs to be moved. REMEMBER your realtor does not work for you. They work for the money.
