Unresponsive, poor communication, lied multiple times. Very unprofessional. He would rarely put anything in writing which is a huge red flag...even after my requests to have conversations via email. Thankfully we have a new property manager.
I own my condo in Terrace Heights and managed by Precision Property Management. HOA is supposed to take care of exterior maintenance. I've called twice and written a letter with NO RESPONSE. My balcony is falling off the building and is getting worse. I have three small children and I don't let them on the balcony due to structural concerns. I've been very patient, probably too patient.
