I had an appointment to meet with the sales woman to look at an apt. She doesn't show up. I call and she said she didn't get a confirmation call from me after we made the appt. I made a time to meet I keep my word. We make another appt and she doesn't show up again. Really? Precision Property Management "managed" the condo I owned. When I sold my condo, they refused to return my monthly maintenance fee that was paid in advance. They told me that they wouldn't return my fees until the new owner submitted his application and info page. Then they told me that they didn't have a record of the sale of the condo, then they told me that the new owner hadn't yet paid his dues, therefore they won't return my fees.
