Started renting from Precision in 2018. I must say the owners are truly a great family and great people. They really helped me in a time of need. I’ve had no issues while renting from them. When I call for maintenance they are here the same day to fix the issue. My condo building is beautiful and quiet. I’ve always been treated so nicely by everyone who works for Precision including the owner of my condo. I highly recommend anyone and everyone to rent from them! Truly how renters should be treated!
